Antonia Cohrs grew up in a business-oriented family, which has shown her the importance of collaboration, customer focus, and grit needed to maintain a successful organization. For over a century, her family has successfully owned and operated a business in Northern Germany, a testament to their genuine passion for their work.

Antonia's expertise lies in the sportswear fashion industry, having worked with renowned brands such as adidas & Reebok, HUGO BOSS, and Burton.

Over the span of five years, she has gained valuable experience in various departments, including Digital & Search Engine Optimization Marketing, Retail & Brand Marketing, Product Merchandising, Go-To-Market, and Buying and Planning. These experiences have been both on a global and regional scale, providing her with valuable insights into diverse markets. Growing up in Europe has given Antonia exposure to two major world markets, enriching her knowledge both academically and professionally.

As a graduate of Chapman University's MBA program, Antonia received an honorary degree with a particular focus on Entrepreneurship and Strategy which showcases her unwavering commitment to academic excellence and continuous self-improvement.
